Who is JeosProjex
My name is Jeo Garcia. I am a 21 year old entrepreneur that has a passion for cars. If I was to win a $1,000,000 lottery I would most likely end up buying $1,000,000 worth of cars. I am from Lafayette, Indiana born and raised. I'm currently a senior at Purdue University studying construction management, pursing a general management minor and an entrepreneurship certificate. I have grown up around cars and I just found a way to make a little bit of money off of doing what I love.
My Story
Like I mentioned I would consider myself an entrepreneur before a "car wrapper". Ever since I was a child I have always dreamed of having my own business. The first business I started was a shoe customizing service and I was able to monetize quickly through having my own website and posting on social media. I did that for about 3 years while in high school and freshman year of college. Once I moved to campus I no longer did the shoe customizing and I instead started flipping cars. Once I reached my goal of purchasing a Scatpack charger, I stopped. I knew I was going to make money off of the charger, but I did not know how quite yet. I just wanted to take a risk and see if I could make it work.
That is what lead me to wrapping cars. The paint on the charger was in poor condition and I did not want to get it repainted so I looked into wrapping. The nearest place was an hour away in Indianapolis. On top of that, the base price was $3,000 for a basic wrap. I realized thatI had a problem and there was an easy solution. Wrapping the car myself. That is what I did and it turned out pretty good. After that, close friends started asking to get their cars wrapped and that is when I realized I could turn this into a business.
I started out charging super cheap just so I can get the hang of it. Now almost 2 years later I charge slightly more but have a lot more credibility and I am very confident in my work. It is amazing to look back and see how I have combined my previous "business ventures" with the customizing shoes and flipping cars into one. I now am customizing cars.
